The $49.00 list is itself marked down from $74.99. Both numbers were set by the seller, which is worth saying plainly, because a discount measured against a price the same company chose is a marketing decision rather than a market rate. There is no market rate for BPC-157 to check it against. No formulary carries it, no national tariff covers it, and no manufacturer publishes a wholesale acquisition cost, because no manufacturer sells an approved version anywhere in the world.

BPC-157 cost per vial and cost per milligram
The BPC-157 cost per vial is the number you pay, but the per-milligram figure is the one that survives a comparison between sellers. $24.50 divided by 10 mg is $2.45/mg. Run that division on every listing you look at, because vendors quote in whatever unit flatters them: per vial, per kit, per box of five, occasionally per gram, which produces a number so small it stops meaning anything at all.
You will also see a bpc 157 price quoted per reconstituted milliliter. Ignore it when comparing suppliers. That figure depends entirely on how much bacteriostatic water gets added in the laboratory, which is a handling decision rather than a property of the material you bought. The same vial can be made to look twice as expensive or half as expensive by changing one number nobody outside the lab controls.
BPC-157 sits at the cheap end of the research peptide market, and there is a structural reason for it. It is a 15 amino acid chain, which is short, and solid-phase synthesis cost climbs with every residue added. A 30 or 40 residue peptide costs a great deal more per milligram to make and to purify. So a low BPC-157 cost is not by itself a warning sign. The Wolverine Stack is a second compound, not more BPC-157
The same supplier lists a Wolverine Stack at $90.00, or $45.00 with the code. It contains BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg. That is 20 mg of peptide for $45.00, which divides out to $2.25 per milligram, and on a spreadsheet it looks like the cheaper way to buy BPC-157. It is not. Half of that material is a different compound.
TB-500 is a synthetic fragment related to thymosin beta-4. It is not an approved medicine either, it carries its own thin evidence base, and thymosin beta-4 analogues appear on the WADA prohibited list, as does BPC-157 itself under S0. If you did not set out to buy TB-500, the stack is not a discount, it is a second purchase bundled into the first.
Compared like for like, the BPC-157 in the stack costs the same $2.45 per milligram it costs on its own. The stack is cheaper per milligram only because TB-500 is in the denominator. If BPC-157 is what you want, the single vial at $24.50 is both the smaller outlay and the cleaner comparison.

Quantity tiers and the $250 shipping line
With one vial size, quantity is the only other lever. Three vials take 3% off the list price, five take 5%, and ten take 10%, which puts them at $47.53, $46.55 and $44.10 each. Those percentages come off $49.00, not off the discounted figure, and whether a tier and the code combine in the same cart is not documented anywhere we can point to. We will not guess. Build the order both ways and read the total the checkout shows you before committing.
Free shipping starts at $250, and the arithmetic here catches people out. Five vials at the tier price is $232.75, which is still short of the line. Ten at $44.10 is $441.00, comfortably over. Going the other way, ten vials at the single-vial discounted price of $24.50 comes to $245.00, five dollars under the threshold. On a one-vial order, add whatever postage is charged into your per-milligram figure before you decide the price was good.
There is a reason not to buy deep just to move a percentage. Lyophilized peptide keeps in a freezer, but not indefinitely, and every extra vial bought to save 3% is a vial you are betting you will still want next year. Suppliers change, batches change, and the certificate that matched your first vial does not describe your tenth.

There is no pharmacy price, and the regulatory record explains why
Insurance reimburses licensed medicines: things with a marketing authorization, a national drug code and a place on a formulary. BPC-157 has none of those in the United States, the United Kingdom or the European Union. It is not a covered drug and it is not an uncovered drug either. It sits outside the system that produces both labels, so there is no copay, no cash pharmacy price, no prior authorization and no appeal, because no claim can be filed in the first place.
The compounding route is where most readers expect to find a price, and the record there moved twice in 2026. FDA placed BPC-157 in Category 2, bulk substances that may present significant safety risks, in September 2023. In April 2026 FDA removed it from that category after the nominations were withdrawn, which is a procedural removal and not a promotion. At its meeting on July 23 and 24, 2026, the Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee narrowly recommended BPC-157 for the 503A Bulks List, a recommendation that is non-binding. BPC-157 is still not listed in 21 CFR 216.23 and FDA has issued no final determination.

What a clinic charges instead, and what the fee covers
A lot of people reach a BPC-157 price page holding a clinic quote. Wellness practices, sports recovery clinics and med spas do advertise BPC-157 injections, usually priced per visit, per protocol or as a monthly package. We do not publish those figures, because they vary widely by market and we have not verified any of them, and inventing a comparison number would be worse than leaving the column blank.
The comparison that is worth making is not price against price. It is what each price contains. A clinic fee buys a licensed practitioner, premises somebody inspects, professional insurance, a written record of what you were given, and a complaints route that ends at a regulator. A vial price buys a vial. The gap between the two numbers is roughly the cost of that apparatus.
There is one line in the table below that a clinic fee cannot buy at any price, which is an approved BPC-157 product, because none exists and no pharmacy can lawfully compound it today. What each price includes. Clinic services are real services, and none of them can supply an approved BPC-157 product.
What $24.50 does not include
This is the part a pricing page usually skips. The BPC-157 price is low because the purchase is small, not because someone found an efficiency. You are buying a lyophilized vial of research material and the transaction contains nothing else.
No prescriber assesses whether it suits you. No pharmacist checks it against anything else you take. There is no approved label, no patient information leaflet, no adverse event reporting route and no follow-up. If something goes wrong, the parties who answer are the vendor, under its own written policy, and your card issuer. That is the complete list, and it is short by design rather than by oversight.
The documentation you do get is worth naming, because it is the only formal assurance in the deal. Ascension publishes two independent certificates of analysis per batch rather than the single certificate that is normal in this market: Kovera Labs batch #12-05260628 and MZ Biolabs batch #12-01260229, as posted on the product listing. We have not run those samples ourselves. What we can say is that batch numbers are printed, so a certificate can be matched against the vial that arrives, and that publishing two is more than this market requires.
One last thing the price does not buy is evidence. The tendon and gut healing results people cite for BPC-157 are almost entirely rat and cell experiments, much of it from a single research group in Zagreb, and no human efficacy trial has reported. The first controlled test is only now running: a Phase 2 study in acute hamstring strain, registered as NCT07437547, began recruiting 120 participants in February 2026 and is not due to reach primary completion before February 2027. The literature is on PubMed and it is thinner than the marketing around it. If a supervised route would meet your goal, take it.
