Epithalon where to buy is a paperwork question before it is a shopping question, and the reason is worth sitting with for a moment. A prescription medicine hands you a great deal for free. An approved label states the strength, an inspected manufacturer stands behind the sterility, a pharmacist checks the dispensing, and if any of it turns out to be wrong there is a named party who is accountable for it. Epithalon has none of that anywhere in the West. So a page telling you Epitalon is category 2 is repeating something that stopped being true, and a page telling you it was banned has invented a verdict the agency never issued. Withdrawn is the accurate word. For a buyer the practical effect is identical either way: no pharmacy can lawfully compound it, and no prescriber can route around that. The agency also published its reason, and it is the sentence that should shape how you read every certificate below. From FDA's page on bulk drug substances that may present significant safety risks: "Compounded drugs containing epitalon may pose risk for immunogenicity for certain routes of administration due to the potential for aggregation and peptide-related impurities. FDA has not identified safety-related information regarding epitalon for the proposed route of administration."
Read that carefully, because it has two halves that point in different directions. Aggregation and peptide-related impurities are manufacturing and handling problems, which means part of what the agency named is exactly the sort of thing a laboratory can measure and report. The rest of it, whether the substance would cause harm in a person, is not something any batch report addresses at all. Both halves survive to the end of this article.
The criteria that separate a supplier from a repackager
What follows is a framework you can carry to any listing, written as questions about documents rather than as a verdict on one company. The gap is 3.7 percent: small enough that nobody would notice it, large enough that it should be printed somewhere.
